Induction of Methuosis in Breast Cancer Stem Cells by a Cobalt(III) Complex Evokes Immunotherapeutic Response

Cancer stem cells (CSCs) drive metastasis, relapse and resist conventional apoptosis‐inducing chemotherapies. We report a cobalt(III)‐cyclam complex with pyrene and diflunisal moieties that reduces the viability of breast CSCs at low micromolar concentrations.

FluoAI is a two‐stage, label‐free method for quantifying nanomaterial‐induced cytotoxicity from conventional fluorescence microscopy images. Mask R‐CNN segmentation and DenseNet‐121 classification provide rapid live/dead classification matching human accuracy.
