Urinary Recovery of Salicylamide as Its Glucuronide in Liver Disease [PDF]
An attempt was made to establish the method for the estimation of glucuronide formation in vivo using salicylamide and further to study the alteration in the glucuronide formation in liver disease. The results were as follows: 1.

The versatile precursor‐assisted soft sphere close packing during slot‐die coating is investigated with in situ X‐ray scattering. The soft crystallization pathways towards a close packing involve multistep structural transitions such as surface nucleation, in‐plane, and out‐of‐plane crystallization.

Hydrolysis of corn stover pretreated by DESs with carbon-based solid acid catalyst
This study evaluated two hydrolysis strategies that involve a two-step and a one-pot process for the hydrolysis of cellulose. The two-step process consisted of cellulose pretreatment with deep eutectic solvent, followed by hydrolysis promoted by the ...

The ester hydrolytic and synthetic activities of X-prolyl dipeptidyl peptidase from Streptococcus thermophilus : a thesis presented in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in Biochemistry at Massey University, New Zealand [PDF]
X-prolyl dipeptidyl peptidase (EC 3.4.14.11), or PepX, is a dipeptidase found in most dairy lactic acid bacteria that hydrolyses N-terminal dipeptides from larger peptides where proline is the residue penultimate to the scissile bond.
