Bu çalışmada Karaca Mersini'nin (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) dokularında karbonik anhidraz (CA) enzimi karakterize edildi. Balığın kalp, beyin, solungaç homojenatlarında ve eritrosit hemolizatında karbonik anhidrazın hidrataz aktivitesi sırasıyla 2,5, 7,4, 5,2, 10,8 EU/mg protein olarak belirlendi.
