NOC turbulence glider deployment report for the Liverpool Bay Coastal Observatory, June 2011 deployment [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
A summary of the NOC Liverpool turbulence glider deployment that occurred between Tuesday 28th June and Monday 4th July 2011 is provided in this document. The general objective of the deployment was to hold the glider on station at a nominal GPS location

Subtidal water level variation controlled by river flow and tides [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Subtidal water level dynamics in the Berau river, East Kalimantan, Indonesia, feature a pronounced fortnightly variation. The daily mean water levels at a station about 60 km from the sea are 0.2–0.6 m higher during spring tide than during neap tide.

Frontal‐Driven Water‐Mass Transformation in a Western Boundary Current: Evidence From the Yucatan Current

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, Volume 53, Issue 5, 16 March 2026.
Abstract We report the recurrent formation of waters with thermohaline properties similar to Gulf Common Water (GCW) in the western Yucatan Channel, absent upstream in the Caribbean. Mooring observations and a partial submesoscale‐resolving model show that these Yucatan GCW forms locally when the Yucatan Current separates from the slope, intensifying a

ADCP product user manual for REProcessed IN SITU product (ADCP PUM)

open access: yes, 2019
This Product User Manual describes the reprocessed wave dataset called INSITU_GLO_UV_L2_REP_OBSERVATIONS_013_044 dataset GLOBAL_REP_ADCP distributed by the Copernicus Marine in situ Thematic Assembly Centre: how it is built, what is the content, what data services are available to access them, and how to use the files.

Constructing immune and prognostic features associated with ADCP in hepatocellular carcinoma and pan-cancer based on scRNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology
AimDespite the significant therapeutic outcomes achieved in systemic treatments for liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), it is an objective reality that only a low proportion of patients exhibit an improved objective response rate (ORR) to current ...

Ocean Bottom Seismometers Provide Direct Measurements of Pulsed‐Structure and Turbulence of Turbidity Currents Overspilling From a Submarine Channel

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, Volume 53, Issue 5, 16 March 2026.
Abstract Turbidity currents transport vast amounts of sediment, carbon, and heat along submarine channels, yet their overspill onto channel‐levees and abyssal mixing remain poorly constrained due to lack of direct observations. Ocean‐bottom seismometers (OBS) deployed on the Congo Canyon–Channel levees captured the structure and turbulence of overspill

Daratumumab Treatment for Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP): A Case Report

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, Volume 13, Issue 3, Page 622-626, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) is an immune‐mediated neuropathy featuring progressive weakness, sensory deficits, and areflexia. While corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulin, and plasmapheresis are effective first‐line immunotherapies, a subset of patients remains treatment‐refractory.
