FMO2 Promotes Angiogenesis via Regulation of N‐Acetylornithine

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies flavin‐containing monooxygenase 2 (FMO2) as a novel proangiogenic regulator in endothelial cells. Targeted FMO2 ablation impairs vessel sprouting, whereas its compensation potently enhances angiogenesis. Metabolomics and single‐cell sequencing reveal that FMO2 drives vascular growth via the N‐acetylornithine/ATF3/NOTCH1 axis ...

Tailoring Vascular‐Immune Homeostasis via Manganese‐DNA Complex‐Armed Immunogenic Extracellular Vesicles for Pancreatic Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that Mn2⁺–tumor DNA complexes encapsulated in dendritic cell (DC)– derived immunogenic extracellular vesicles (EVDC@Mn‐DNA) act as a DC‐specific cGAS– STING activator. EVDC@Mn‐DNA treatment enhances intratumoral DC activation, improves tumor vascular function, promotes CD8⁺ T cell activity, and suppresses pancreatic tumor growth,

A Lipid with Lewis Pair‐Mediated Targeting and Multiple Stimuli‐Responsive Delivery of Antibiotics for Bacterial Infections

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lewis pair‐integrated lipids (Lp‐lipids), combining targeted delivery and stimuli‐responsive are developed for antibiotic delivery. These lipids form nanoparticles that bind biofilms via boronate ester bonds and respond to acidic pH, H2O2, and ATP, enabling controlled drug release.
