Single‐Cell Atlas Reveals Tumorigenic Profiles and Immune Dynamics of Adrenal Incidentalomas
Single‐cell RNA sequencing reveals cellular heterogeneity in adrenal incidentalomas, identifying distinct tumor cell populations. Clusterin is recognized as a biomarker for adrenocortical tumors, correlating with established markers. MYCN‐positive clusters in pheochromocytomas indicated poorer survival.

Three-dimensional Volumetric Ultrasonography of Enlarged Adrenal Gland in Dog [PDF]
Objective: Detection and evaluation of adrenal glands are complex problems in conventional ultrasonography in dogs. Using three-dimensional (3D) ultrasonography (US) in adrenal gland volume evaluation can add new potential for further adrenal studies ...

A Touch Enabled Hemodynamic and Metabolic Monitor
This work presents a touch‐based hybrid platform for simultaneous monitoring of vital signs and sweat metabolites. With a simple tri‐finger touch of 4–6 min, users can concurrently get to know their glucose, uric acid, cortisol levels from fingertip sweat, along with blood pressure and heart rate.

Trio‐based whole‐exome sequencing (WES) and Sanger sequencing identified a novel splicing mutation c.431‐2A>G and a heterozygous truncating mutation c.1359_1361del in BRAT1 in the proband. In addition, our research demonstrated the intronic mutation could lead to aberrant mRNA splicing and further contributed to a better understanding and establishment

The morphology of the adrenal gland in the European bison (Bison bonasus) [PDF]
BACKGROUND: The anatomy of the adrenal glands has been widely studied in many species of domestic and wild mammals. However, there are no available literature reports describing the morphology and morphometry of the adrenal glands of the European bison ...

A Pathologist-Informed Workflow for Classification of Prostate Glands in Histopathology [PDF]
Pathologists diagnose and grade prostate cancer by examining tissue from needle biopsies on glass slides. The cancer's severity and risk of metastasis are determined by the Gleason grade, a score based on the organization and morphology of prostate cancer glands.

Acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) elastography of adrenal glands in healthy adult dogs
To describe the ARFI elastography in the evaluation of the adrenal glands in adult dogs, to evaluate the stiffness of adrenal parenchyma and to determine the qualitative and quantitative standards of the ARFI technique, which have not yet been described ...

Primary hyperaldosteronism: challenges in subtype classification
Background Primary hyperaldosteronism (PA) is a serious and potentially debilitating disease. Detailed guidelines have been written to guide endocrinologists in establishing the diagnosis of PA as well as in subtype classification of PA. The objective of
