Allergy, EarlyView.HDM‐pSLIT induced IgG, IgG1, and IgG4 specific to major HDM allergens in sensitized non‐allergic preschool children without increasing HDM‐sIgE. It blunted the development of new sensitizations and reduced HDM reactivity in skin and basophils. HDM‐pSLIT treated children displayed a blocking effect on HDM‐induced basophil activation.

Serotonin Degradation and Lipid Metabolism Regulate Human Tc2 Cell Effector Functions
Allergy, EarlyView.Human Tc2 cells exhibit a metabolically active phenotype characterized by enhanced glycolysis, mitochondrial respiration, and fatty acid uptake dependent on PPARγ. Alarmins strongly amplify IL‐5 and IL‐13 production in Tc2 cells, supporting a shared immunometabolic program across type 2 lymphocytes.

Allergy, EarlyView.Young children (0–9 years) and residents of urban areas appeared particularly vulnerable to respiratory allergy development and exacerbation. Incidence showed nonlinear associations with PM10, PM2.5, temperature, and alder/birch pollen, while DPMR showed similar patterns, except for NO2 and the interaction O3*NO2.

Allergy, EarlyView.Dupilumab significantly improved nasal polyp score, nasal congestion, olfaction, total symptom score, and disease‐specific quality of life in Chinese patients with uncontrolled CRSwNP. Incidence of treatment‐emergent adverse events was similar between dupilumab and placebo.

Determinants of Poor Health‐Related Quality of Life in Patients With Food Allergy
Allergy, EarlyView.Machine‐learning analysis of 502 well‐characterised food‐allergic patients was used to identify key determinants of poor FA‐HRQL, defined as FAQLQ ≥ 5. The most relevant predictors were adult age, female sex, multiple food allergies, severe reactions, need for urgent care, onset before 18 years, and longer disease duration.
