Role of Macrophage TLR4 Expression in the Immunopathogenesis of Severe Aplastic Anemia
This study found that the high expression of TLR4 in macrophages of SAA patients was positively correlated with the sepsis level, and inhibition of TLR4 expression could reduce the macrophage sepsis level and the killing effect of CD8+ T cells, thus alleviating the over‐activated cellular immune response in SAA patients.
