Design and Verification of New Head Type of Super High-speed EMUs
To decrease the aerodynamic drag of super high-speed EMUs, integrating high-speed EMUs head type design elements at home and abroad together, a new head type for super high-speed EMUs with speed of 500 km/h was designed.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

High Speed Marine Vehicles With Aerodynamic Surfaces: Development of a Dynamic Model for a Novel Configuration. [PDF]
A research programme on high speed marine vehicles fitted with aerodynamic surfaces started in Cranfield University in 2005. One of the configurations analyzed is a high speed prismatic planing hull with one or more aerodynamic surfaces; it is called ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Study of aerodynamic performance of diffusers for cenfrifugal compressors.
The performance of vaneless diffusers and the flow distribution discharged from the impellers of various specific speed centrifugal compressors were studied. The experimental results of eighteen different stages showed, that (1) the impeller exit flow distortion in axial direction increased with an increase in specific speed, and (2) the pressure ...

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Aerodynamic performance of a low-speed wind tunnel
The determination of the odour mass flow emitted from a source is a very important step and forms the basis for all subsequent considerations and calculations. Wastewater treatment plants, as well as waste treatment facilities, consist of different kinds of odour sources. Unfortunately, most of the sources are passive sources, where no outward air flow-
