AFM1 Detection in Milk by Fab’ Functionalized Si3N4 Asymmetric Mach–Zehnder Interferometric Biosensors [PDF]
Aflatoxins (AF) are naturally occurring mycotoxins, produced by many species of Aspergillus. Among aflatoxins, Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) is one of the most frequent and dangerous for human health.

Determination of Aflatoxin M1, Organochlorine Pesticides, and Heavy Metals in Raw Milk of Iran. [PDF]
The consumption of milk by different age groups makes its contamination as a crucial issue for public health. Therefore, the consumption of milk is considered in terms of AFM1, OCs, and heavy metals. Although monitoring of the milk safety is necessary. ABSTRACT The current study aimed to investigate aflatoxin M1 (AFM1), organochlorine pesticides (OCPs),

Monitoring Aflatoxin M1 in Milk From Selected Iranian Provinces Using Different Assays: Seasonal Trends and Processing Effects. [PDF]
Rapid measurement of aflatoxin in milk is very important as a common toxin. It affects the acceptance of milk cargo. In this study, 227 milk samples were collected from different provinces of Iran, and their aflatoxin levels were measured using HPLC, ELISA, and immunochromatographic techniques.

Aflatoxin M1 in Milk and Dairy Products in Birjand, Iran: A Contribution to Human Health Risk Assessment. [PDF]
Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in milk and dairy products was determined using HPLC‐FLD, and the health risks of AFM1 in samples were also assessed. AFM1 in the samples varied from 6.28 to 196.25 ng/kg (mean = 43.18 ng/kg), with some samples containing AFM1 levels exceeding the standard limits.

Generation and plant production of recombinant fluorescent immunoglobulin G as innovative immunodiagnostic reagents. [PDF]
Summary Immunodiagnostic systems for on‐site screening are increasingly in demand but require expensive reagents such as chemically modified antibodies. To obtain biomolecules as ready‐to‐use reagents for diagnostics, new recombinant fluorescent immunoglobulins G were generated by fusion of the heavy chain of a monoclonal antibody, 5H3, to two ...
