Correlations and path analysis among agronomic and technological traits of upland cotton

open access: yesGenetics and Molecular Research, 2016
To date, path analysis has been used with the aim of breeding different cultures. However, for cotton, there have been few studies using this analysis, and all of these have used fiber productivity as the primary dependent variable. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to identify agronomic and technological properties that can be used as ...

Conformable Ferrimagnetic Tattoo Electrodes for Plant Electrophysiology

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
The newly developed ferrimagnetic tattoo electrode is capable of measuring plant electrophysiological activity outside the Faraday cage. Its ability to adhere without damaging the plant tissue allows long‐term recordings. This premise opens new avenues for in‐field monitoring of plant health through electrophysiology.
