Representing graphs implicitly using almost optimal space
The authors present a new graph labelling scheme that assigns to each vertex \(v\) of degree \(\delta(v)\) of a graph of order \(n\) a \(O(\delta(v)\log^2n)\) bit label. The adjacency test can be performed in seven steps and the entire scheme can be computed in polynomial time. In addition, the scheme is implicit (without pointers).

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

On the Weighted Mixed Almost Unbiased Ridge Estimator in Stochastic Restricted Linear Regression
We introduce the weighted mixed almost unbiased ridge estimator (WMAURE) based on the weighted mixed estimator (WME) (Trenkler and Toutenburg 1990) and the almost unbiased ridge estimator (AURE) (Akdeniz and Erol 2003) in linear regression model.

Bridging the gap: Multi‐stakeholder perspectives of molecular diagnostics in oncology
Although molecular diagnostics is transforming cancer care, implementing novel technologies remains challenging. This study identifies unmet needs and technology requirements through a two‐step stakeholder involvement. Liquid biopsies for monitoring applications and predictive biomarker testing emerge as key unmet needs. Technology requirements vary by

Optimal quantum states for frequency estimation
We investigate different quantum parameter estimation scenarios in the presence of noise, and identify optimal probe states. For frequency estimation of local Hamiltonians with dephasing noise, we determine optimal probe states for up to 70 qubits, and ...

Almost Optimal Proper Learning and Testing Polynomials
We give the first almost optimal polynomial-time proper learning algorithm of Boolean sparse multivariate polynomial under the uniform distribution. For $s$-sparse polynomial over $n$ variables and $ =1/s^ $, $ >1$, our algorithm makes $$q_U=\left(\frac{s} \right)^{\frac{\log } +O(\frac{1} )}+ \tilde O\left(s\right)\left(\log\frac{1} \right)

(Almost) Optimal parallel block access for range queries
Range queries are an important class of queries for several applications can be achieved by tiling the multi-dimensional data and distributing it among multiple disks or nodes. It has been established that schemes that achieve optimal parallel block access exist only for a few special cases.

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.
