Tumor Associated Trypsin Inhibitor (TATI) als Tumormarker gynäkologischer Malignome
1991In vielen Fallen von gynakologischen Malignomen ist es moglich, ein 6kD Polypeptid, den tumor associated trypsin inhibitor (TATI), aus dem Serum zu isolieren. Die Bestimmung erfolgt mittels RIA. Aus den Werten von 120 gesunden Frauen wurde von uns ein cut-off von 21 ng/ml ermittelt.
