An eight‐stream 2.5D Transformer integrates complementary PET metabolic and CT morphologic information to estimate spread‐through‐air‐spaces risk before surgery in lung adenocarcinoma. The model generalizes across independent centers, while its continuous risk score independently stratifies progression‐free survival, supporting further prospective ...

Single‐cell host–bacterial 16S co‐sequencing (scH16S‐seq) integrates cell‐associated bacterial 16S‐derived signals with host transcriptomes to resolve bacterial signal‐enriched myeloid states in Klebsiella pneumoniae sepsis. Complementary pharmacological and genetic analyses define a CD38–NAD immunometabolic axis connecting mitochondrial bioenergetic ...

ABSTRACT Mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) are lysosomal storage disorders characterized by the accumulation of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which can lead to cytoplasmic alterations in leukocytes. The objective of this study was to characterize leukocyte inclusions in patients with different types of MPS and assess their diagnostic relevance.

SDPR–STK38 axis controls the proliferation–differentiation balance in alveolar type II cells
The present study identifies SDPR as a pivotal regulator orchestrating the balance between proliferation and differentiation in alveolar type II (AT2) cells. In SDPR+/+ cells, SDPR binds to and inhibits STK38 activity, thereby sustaining GSK‐3β signaling functionality to promote cyclin D1 degradation and maintain cell cycle homeostasis.

Using cultured rat alveolar NR 8383 macrophages, this study investigated the effect of YC-1 [3-(5'-hydroxymethyl-2-furyl )-1-benzyI indazole], a soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC) activator, on the production of tumor necrosis factor-alpha( TNFalpha).
