LSPR biosensing enables rapid, sensitive, and low‐sample‐volume detection of biomarkers, with broad applications in diagnosing cancer, infectious, and chronic diseases. Advances in nanostructure design, micro/nanofabrication, and microfluidic integration have expanded the potential of LSPR sensors in biomedical diagnostics.

Protein‐Independent Liquid–Liquid Phase Separation of Adenosine Triphosphate Under Crowded Conditions

ATP itself is able to undergo liquid–liquid phase separation in the presence of the macromolecular crowding agent PEG and physiological ATP concentrations are sufficient for phase separation in the presence of mM Mg2+ and crowders, mimicking intracellular conditions.

Raman Optical Activity as a Tool to Monitor Polynucleotide Conformation in Solutions

Raman optical activity (ROA) studies of nucleic acids have been hindered by limited computational tools to link the spectra to the structure. The study shows that accurate density functional simulations are possible for model nucleotides, bringing more information about molecular geometry and dynamics in solutions.

Fibrilpaint: A Class of Amyloid‐Targeting Peptides

FibrilPaints are modular peptides engineered to recognize amyloid fibrils. By systematically varying charge, sequence, and termini, their binding behavior can be tuned while retaining recognition. Successful binding ″paints″ fibrils for visualization and opens routes toward targeted degradation and diagnostic applications.
