Rewiring nutrition: Chemical insights into the physiological and microbiological roles of food's microconstituents

open access: yesFood Biomacromolecules, EarlyView.
Bidirectional interactions between food‐derived sensory compounds, gut sensing and microbiota, host physiological feedback, and metabolite production within the food matrix collectively shape sensory perception, microbial dynamics, and metabolic health.

Holistic bone developing microenvironment engineered apoptotic extracellular vesicles recapitulate multidimensional developmental signatures in adult and senile bone repair

open access: yesInterdisciplinary Medicine, EarlyView.
The developing bone was identified as an M2a‐like macrophage driven immune microenvironment with multidimensional developmental signatures. hME‐ApoEVs were successfully fabricated via stimulating the M2a‐like developing microenvironment in vitro and confirmed its recapitulation of developmental features.

Research progress of guanidine acetic acid application in animal production

open access: yesSiliao yanjiu
Guanidine acetic acid (GAA) is an amino acid derivative and an important precursor of creatine (Cr) and creatine phosphate (PCr). Cr plays an important role in animal production for body growth and health, but it has problems of instability and high cost
