Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

The Relationship Between Inflammation and Central Nervous System in Multiple Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Aim Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune demyelination disease that is seen especially in the young population and has a progressive course, causing motor, sensory, and cognitive deficits. In the literature, the pathogenesis of MS disease and the interconnection between the immune and central nervous system in the disease have not been fully ...

THE METHODOLOGY OF CIRCUIT CONSTRUCTION OF THE ANALOG VALUE CONVERTER IN THE TIMEFRAME

open access: yesИзмерение, мониторинг, управление, контроль, 2023
Background. Most modern digital voltmeters use an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) of the time-pulse type with two-stage integration, which takes place in two stages – integration and counting.

Analog-to-digital converter has increased reliability and reduced power consumption [PDF]

open access: yes, 1965
Eight-bit analog-to-digital converter decreases average power consumption and increases component reliability. The converter uses solid-state components in pulse operation and magnetic core components for minimizing power consumption.

Use of Symptomatic Drug Treatment for Fatigue in Multiple Sclerosis and Patterns of Work Loss

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To describe the use of central stimulants and amantadine for fatigue in MS and evaluate a potential association with reduced work loss in people with MS. Methods We conducted a nationwide, matched, register‐based cohort study in Sweden (2006 to 2023) using national registers with prospective data collection.
