Charaeterization of the ripening of pineapple (ananas comosus l. merrill) ev. india fruit
This study was conducted to characterize physical, chemicaland physiologically the development of maturation of fruitnative pineapple cv. India, kept fresh at 20°C. During the fruitrnaturation, the respiratory intensity did not have any incrcase,which allowed to classify the fruit as non climacteric.
