Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function

Stress analysis and calculation of the inner anchor structure of pressure-type anchor

Abstract The pressure-type anchor transfers the load to the grouting body via the inner anchor structure at its bottom when bearing the uplift loads. In order to design the inner anchor structure reasonably, the elastic thin plate theory is used to analyze the inner anchor structure under uniformly distributed loads.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance

NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
