Veterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 4, July 2026.Radiographic remission of a presumptive unresectable haemangiosarcoma treated with toceranib, piroxicam, and propranolol. In a dog with ACVIM Stage B2 myxomatous mitral valve disease where doxorubicin‐based chemotherapy was contraindicated, this multimodal regimen achieved marked tumour reduction and radiographic disappearance.
