Effect of Microchannel Geometry on Nanoparticle Deposition in Nanofluid Flow

On the Variability of Results for Cylinder Flow: A Systematic Analysis of Parameter Sensitivity Within the Lattice Boltzmann Method

This study systematically investigates the variability of cylinder flow results. We provide a comprehensive overview of literature values and, using the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM), show that insufficient convergence studies and variations in simulation parameters are a plausible cause for the significant spread in data.

Dissecting the angiogenic mechanism of pachychoroid polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy

A prognosis‐oriented classification system was established to distinguish Pachy PCV from Non‐pachy PCV using a large multicenter dataset. Comparative plasma multi‐omics profiling of Pachy PCV, Non‐pachy PCV, and normal controls revealed unique upregulation of the fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis (FSS‐AS) and HIF‐1 signaling pathways in Pachy PCV.

Enhanced peripheral blood mononuclear cell lipid metabolism drives poor immunotherapy response via ferroptotic stress‐induced T cell exhaustion in hepatocellular carcinoma

Integrated multi‐omics reveals that CD36‐mediated lipid overload in PBMCs drives T cell exhaustion via sub‐lethal ferroptotic stress and AKT suppression. This systemic metabolic signature serves as a robust predictor of immunotherapy response in HCC, suggesting that modulating lipid metabolism can rescue immune fitness.
