Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies and IL-23p19 in psoriatic arthritis
Journal of Dermatological Science, 2009Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies (anti-CCP) are reported to be found in 5-13% of patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). However, whether anti-CCP-positive PsA patients and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients have a similar pathophysiological background still remains uncertain. To determine the prevalence of anti-CCP antibodies in patients ...

Citrulline and anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in rheumatoid arthritis
Future Rheumatology, 2006Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disorder characterized by the destruction of multiple joints along with multiple organ involvement. The etiology of RA is still unknown. Various autoantigens have been proposed as targets of pathogenic T and B cells in RA, although none of their precise mechanisms or significance has been confirmed ...

Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in juvenile idiopathic arthritis
The Indian Journal of Pediatrics, 2010Prevalence and clinical significance of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibodies in Indian patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).Anti-CCP antibodies were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 78 patients with JIA which included all 3 major subtypes of the disease: pauciarticular, polyarticular afld systemic ...

Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) antibodies with brucellosis
Rheumatology International, 2013Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) was positive in 11.5 % and rheumatoid factor was positive in 8.8 % of the patients with Brucella. After a comparative evaluation, we have found out that there was not a statistical significance concerning the anti-CCP levels between the patients with brucellosis and healthy control.

Abstract The aim of this work was to assess the diagnostic value of anti-CCP-3 and anti-CCP-2 for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and determine whether anti-CCP-3 more accurately identifies patients with rheumatoid arthritis than anti-CCP-2.

Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody in systemic sclerosis.
Clinical and experimental rheumatology, 2009To determine if anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) antibody titers can distinguish the overlap syndrome of systemic sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis (SSc-RA) in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and to investigate the clinical significance of anti-CCP antibodies in SSc.Serum levels of anti-CCP antibodies were measured by enzyme-linked ...

Diagnostic performances of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies in rheumatoid arthritis
Rheumatology International, 2007To evaluate the rheumatoid arthritis (RA) diagnostic performances of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies (anti-CCP). Anti-CCP was detected by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 164 patients with RA and 343 controls. In addition, anti-CCP predictive value for radiological damage were investigated in 37 recent-onset RA patients followed up ...

Detection of Anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Using a Time-Resolved Fluoroimmunoassay
Journal of Immunoassay and Immunochemistry, 2014In an effort to enhance the linear range of anti-CCP we developed a new immunoassay based on time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay. The precision, sensitivity, specificity, and stability of the assay were evaluated ELISA set as control. The anti-CCP IgG TRFIA kit we established had a wider detectable range than commercial ELISA ones.

Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide and rheumatoid factor in HIV positive patients
Rheumatology International, 2010The aim of this study was to determine the difference of anti-CCP and RF between HIV positive patients and a healthy control group. The rheumatological complications in HIV positive patients are rather common and are recognized as a serious problem that requires more attention.
