NUDT21 Drives T‐Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Through Dual Regulation of Alternative Polyadenylation and Transcriptional Activation

In summary, our study defines a coordinated oncogenic model in which NUDT21 integrates alternative polyadenylation–dependent UBE2D3 stabilization and transcriptional activation to sustain MYC‐driven T‐ALL cell survival, thereby establishing NUDT21 as a central regulatory node and a promising therapeutic target.

In our study, 68 hemodialysis patients and 50 controls were investigated for HBsAg and Anti-HBs by ELISA method. HBsAg positivity was found as 6% in controls and 13.6% in patients group. Cryoablation Activates the cGAS–STING‐CXCL10 Axis in Macrophages to Enhance Anti‐Tumor Immunity in NSCLC

Tumor dsDNA released by cryoablation is taken up by macrophages, activating the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway. This leads to an expansion of the CXCL10+ macrophage pool and increased secretion of CXCL10, which in turn recruits CXCR3+ T cells from draining lymph nodes into the tumor microenvironment to exert anti‐tumor effects.

Sertoli Cell‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles Orchestrate Cadmium‐Induced Testicular Inflammation and Fibrosis
