Anti-N-Methyl-D-Aspartate Receptor Encephalopathy in a Young Female
Widely distributed in the central nervous system (CNS), N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors (NMDARs) are believed to be involved in long-term potentiation, essential in regulating and forming memory. This condition primarily occurs in young females because of autoantibodies forming against the N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor-1 (NR1) or N-methyl-D-aspartate ...

OAF Blocks SIAH1‐Mediated Degradation of SCPX, a Therapeutic Strategy for MASLD
This study shows OAF directly binds to SCPX and inhibits its interaction with the E3 ligase SIAH1, thereby protecting SCPX from ubiquitin‐dependent degradation and stabilizing its levels. This OAF‐SCPX axis represents a novel pathway in lipid homeostasis, highlighting OAF as a promising therapeutic candidate for MASLD.

AI‑guided single‑cell transcriptomics identifies OGT as a key regulator enriched in rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast‑like synoviocytes (RA‐FLSs). Inflammatory stimuli activate the OGT–SAP130 axis, which modulates the H3K27ac/H3K27me3 balance and epigenetically silences BTG2, promoting aggressive transformation of RA‑FLSs.

Atypical presentation of anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis: two case reports
Background Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by severe neurological and psychiatric symptoms and a difficult diagnosis. The disease is often secondary to a neoplastic lesion, seldom diagnosed years

Guided by pharmacophore modeling and molecular docking, aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR)‐responsive carbon dots were synthesized. They bind directly to AHR and expand gut‐resident regulatory T (Treg) cells. Treg‐derived C‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CCL1) enhances macrophage efferocytosis, creating a pro‐regenetative niche that promotes colonic mucosal ...

Ox‐mtDNA fragments escaping from mitochondria drive robust inflammatory responses. A targeted nanoplatform simultaneously inhibits mitochondrial FEN1‐mediated mtDNA cleavage and scavenges ROS, preventing the generation of immunogenic Ox‐mtDNA fragments. The released SeNPs further promote autophagic clearance of cytosolic mtDNA. Consequently, cGAS‐STING,
