Antigen-specific serum antibody responses.

open access: yes, 2016
NHC flagellin-specific antibody levels in the groups immunized with (A) 40 μg of NHC protein and (B) 20 μg of NHC protein, both compared to levels in the solvent injected control group.

The time-dependent localization of Ki 67 antigen-positive cells in human skin wounds [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
A total of 77 human skin wounds with a post-infliction interval between 3 h and 7 months were investigated and the proliferation marker antigen Ki 67 was visualized in paraffin sections using a specific monoclonal antibody (MIB).

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Localisation of the Ki-67 antigen within the nucleolus: Evidence for a fibrillarin-deficient region of the dense fibrillar component

open access: yes, 1996
The Ki-67 antigen is detected in proliferating cells in all phases of the cell division cycle. Throughout most of interphase, the Ki-67 antigen is localised within the nucleolus.

Pulmonary Delivery of Virosome-Bound Antigen Enhances Antigen-Specific CD4+ T Cell Proliferation Compared to Liposome-Bound or Soluble Antigen [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Pulmonary administration of biomimetic nanoparticles loaded with antigen may represent an effective strategy to directly modulate adaptive immune responses in the respiratory tract.

Generic methodology to prevent food contamination by soil born legacy POPs in free range livestock

open access: yesHeliyon
Government monitoring commonly includes regulating POPs in animal feed and products of animal origin, with many countries setting Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs) to ensure safe tolerable concentrations.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Chromosomal Localization of the Carcinoembryonic Antigen Gene Family and Differential Expression in Various Tumors [PDF]

open access: yes, 1988
Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a glycoprotein which is important as a tumor marker for a number of human cancers. It is a member of a gene family comprising about 10 closely related genes.

Adaptation of the Ultrasensitive HIV-1 p24 Antigen Assay to Dried Blood Spot Testing. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
Implementation of molecular tests for the assessment of pediatric HIV-1 infection in resource-limited countries is difficult because of technical complexity and costs.

Antigen-Triggered Logic-Gating of DNA Nanodevices

open access: yes, 2021
Synthetic nanoscale devices that reconfigure dynamically in response to physiological stimuli could offer new avenues for diagnostics and therapy. Here, we report a strategy for controlling the state of DNA nanodevices based on sensing antigens with IgG ...
