The Indian Journal of Pediatrics, 1995Seven patients with paradoxical response to antitubercular drugs are reported. In three cases of intracranial tuberculomas, newer lesions appeared and in two cases preexisting tuberculomas enlarged. In two cases of tubercular meningitis, multiple tuberculomas appeared.
