DKP-AOM: results for OAEI 2015

In this paper, we present the results obtained by our DKP-AOM system within the OAEI 2015 campaign. DKP-AOM is an ontology merging tool designed to merge heterogeneous ontologies. In OAEI, we have participated with its ontology mapping component which serves as a basic module capable of matching large scale ontologies before their merging.

Quantum‐Grade Nanodiamonds from a Single‐Step, Industrial‐Scale Pressure and Temperature Process

Novel method for creation of nitrogen‐vacancy centers in 50‐nm nanodiamonds based on high‐temperature plastic deformation is demonstrated. Compared to the electron irradiation approach, it yields nitrogen‐vacancy centers with significantly improved charge stability, T1 relaxation time, and optical Rabi contrast.

ACSL5 Regulates Glucose Metabolism and Chemotherapy Sensitivity in Colorectal Cancer Cells under Glutamine Deficiency

Glutamine deprivation triggers ACSL5 upregulation in tumor cells, sustaining their viability via dual metabolic rewiring programs. ACSL5 enhances glycolysis by relieving p53's inhibition of PGAM1 while also sustaining mitochondrial respiration and TCA cycle flux through promoting IDH2 dimerization.

The KDM6B/SLC10A2 Axis Suppresses MDSCs Recruitment via ERK/AP‐1 Signaling in Colorectal Cancer

In wild‐type intestinal epithelial cells, KDM6B demethylates SLC10A2 to promote its expression, after which SLC10A2 suppresses ERK phosphorylation, inhibiting AP‐1 (Fos/Jun) transcription and chemokine production. In KDM6B‐deficient intestinal epithelial cells, SLC10A2 methylation increases, and its expression decreases.
