The primary purpose of this paper is to introduce the notion of fuzzy n-normed linear space as a generalization of n-normed space. Ascending family of α-n-norms corresponding to fuzzy n-norm is introduced. Best approximation sets in α-n-norms are defined.

Rate of convergence by Kantorovich-Szász type operators based on Brenke type polynomials
The present paper deals with the approximation properties of the univariate operators which are the generalization of the Kantorovich-Szász type operators involving Brenke type polynomials.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Korovkin Second Theorem via -Statistical -Summability
Korovkin type approximation theorems are useful tools to check whether a given sequence of positive linear operators on of all continuous functions on the real interval is an approximation process.

Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...

Approximation in weighted Orlicz spaces
Abstract We prove some direct and converse theorems of trigonometric approximation in weighted Orlicz spaces with weights satisfying so called Muckenhoupt’s A p condition.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Approximation of the multiplicatives on random multi-normed space
In this paper, we consider random multi-normed spaces introduced by Dales and Polyakov (Multi-Normed Spaces, 2012). Next, by the fixed point method, we approximate the multiplicatives on these spaces.

Spaces of approximative maps. II
The authors study the space $A\sp*(X,Y)$ of all approximative maps f$=\{f\sb k: X\to Y\}$ between compact subsets X, Y of the Hilbert cube. The topology of this space is given by the pseudometric $d\sp*(\underline f,\underline g)=\inf \{\sup \{dist(f\sb k,g\sb k)\vert$ $k\ge k'\}\vert$ $k'=1,2,...\}$.

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.
