Perbandingan Pemberian Heparin Subkutan dan Intravena terhadap Studi Koagulasi dan D-Dimer Pasien dengan Risiko Trombosis Vena

open access: yesJAI (Jurnal Anestesiologi Indonesia), 2012
Latar Belakang :Trombosis di Amerika Serikat adalah penyebab kematian terbanyak. Sekitar 2 juta orang meninggal setiap tahun karena trombosis arteri dan vena. Dengan 80-90% thrombosis diketahui penyebabnya.

External genital endometriosis post-surgery hemostasis parameters

open access: yesАкушерство, гинекология и репродукция
Introduction. Endometriosis is one of the common diseases with poorly elucidated underlying nature and pathogenetic mechanisms. Clinical trials suggest that women suffering from it have hemostasis disorders.

Comparative Assessment of APTT Reagents for Evaluating Anticoagulant Sensitivity of Fucosylated Glycosaminoglycans (FGs) Derived from Sea Cucumbers

open access: yesMarine Drugs, 2023
Fucosylated glycosaminoglycans (FGs) derived from sea cucumbers exhibit potent intrinsic Xase (iXase) inhibition, anticoagulation, and antithrombosis. Plasma activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), a widely used screening test worldwide, is crucial

Engineered Heparinized GQDS/HPEI–Polyamide Membrane for Bilirubin Removal via One Step Anti Coagulation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A multifunctional heparinized polyamide membrane embedded with graphene quantum dots (GQDs) and hyperbranched polyethyleneimine (HPEI) is engineered for efficient bilirubin removal via a one‐step anticoagulation–adsorption process. The membrane demonstrates enhanced hemocompatibility, prolonged clotting times, and high bilirubin adsorption capacity ...

Establishing the heparin therapeutic range using aPTT and anti-Xa measurements for monitoring unfractionated heparin therapy

open access: yesBlood Research, 2016
Background Unfractionated heparin (UFH) has unstable pharmacokinetics and requires close monitoring. The activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) test has been used to monitor UFH therapy for decades in Korea, but its results can be affected by ...

FGL2‐HDAC11 Drives Immunothrombosis via NETs‐Mediated Endothelial Capillarization in MASLD Fibrosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Metabolic dysfunction–associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) is frequently accompanied by hepatic fibrosis and systemic cardiovascular complications; however, the mechanistic interplay between coagulation abnormalities and disease progression remains poorly defined.

Clot waveform analysis of prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time in various disorders

open access: yesIndian Journal of Pathology and Microbiology
Introduction: The prolongation in APTT reflects various disorders affecting the blood coagulation system. Automated coagulation analyzers such as ACL TOP, help in evaluating the clotting cascade by displaying clot reaction curves or waveforms. The fibrin

Pengaruh Profilaksis Trombosis Vena Dalam dengan Heparin Subkutan dan Intravena terhadap aPTT dan Jumlah Trombosit pada Pasien Kritis di ICU RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang

open access: yesJAI (Jurnal Anestesiologi Indonesia), 2012
Latar belakang: Heparin telah digunakan sebagai terapi maupun sebagai profilaksis primer TVD, walaupun keamanan heparin khususnya pada pasien kritis yang memiliki risiko tinggi perdarahan masih merupakan subyek perdebatan.

Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.
