The structuring in the aqueous trifluoroethanol mixture

2018
Aqueous mixtures of amphiphiles display a rich variety of molecular self-assembly, from defined objects such as micelles in micro-emulsions to micro-heterogeneity in molecular liquids. 2, 2, 2- trifluoroethanol (TFE), a flourinated mono-ol, is an example of a such an amphiphile.

Densities of aqueous mixtures of non-electrolytes

The Journal of Chemical Thermodynamics, 1971
Densities at 25 °C of aqueous mixtures of urea, formamide, N-methylacetamide, dimethylacetamide, acetyl-alanine-methylamide, acetone, and butanone have been measured, and specific volumes, partial volumes, and excess volumes of the mixtures are evaluated.

Dispersibility of a Multipowder Mixture in Aqueous Systems

Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, 1993
Abstract Dispersibility of a multipowder mixture in aqueous solutions of an electrosteric dispersant was studied. The results show that stable dispersion of this powder mixture can be achieved if a minimum concentration of the dispersant is provided.
