Assessment of the Malls In Terms of Comfort Condition for Consumers

open access: yesProceedings of the International Conference of Contemporary Affairs in Architecture and Urbanism-ICCAUA, 2020
Malls which numbers are lately increasing has been a part of social and cultural way of life and host a lot of visitors. Malls are preferred excessively because it has same indoor climate condition all the year round. Target: In this study there will be

Multidimensional OMICs reveal ARID1A orchestrated control of DNA damage, splicing, and cell cycle in normal‐like and malignant urothelial cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the frequently mutated chromatin remodeler ARID1A, a subunit of the SWI/SNF cBAF complex, results in less open chromatin, alternative splicing, and the failure to stop cells from progressing through the cell cycle after DNA damage in bladder (cancer) cells. Created in BioRender. Epigenetic regulators, such as the SWI/SNF complex, with important

Spatial patterns of Geological Culture Villages (Towns) and their influential factors in China

open access: yesHeritage Science
Geological Culture Villages Towns (GCV(T)s) serve as rich repositories of geological resources, embodying significant historical and cultural values that mirror the dynamic interplay between Earth's evolution and human societies. Despite their importance,

Chemoresistome mapping in individual breast cancer patients unravels diversity in dynamic transcriptional adaptation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study used longitudinal transcriptomics and gene‐pattern classification to uncover patient‐specific mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance in breast cancer. Findings reveal preexisting drug‐tolerant states in primary tumors and diverse gene rewiring patterns across patients, converging on a few dysregulated functional modules. Despite receiving the

Ground-Motion Intensity Measures for the Seismic Response of the Roof-Isolated Large-Span Structure

open access: yesBuildings
Ground-motion intensity measures (IMs), which quantify and describe the characteristics of earthquake ground motion, are of utmost importance in the assessment of seismic risk and the design of resilient structures with large spans.

Detecting homologous recombination deficiency for breast cancer through integrative analysis of genomic data

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study develops a semi‐supervised classifier integrating multi‐genomic data (1404 training/5893 validation samples) to improve homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) detection in breast cancer. Our method demonstrates prognostic value and predicts chemotherapy/PARP inhibitor sensitivity in HRD+ tumours.
