19F NMR Relaxometry and Diffusometry for Measuring Cargo Molecule Dynamics in GelMA Hydrogels
In this research, fluorine drug dynamics in GelMA hydrogels are measured through fluorine‐19 nuclear magnetic resonance (19F NMR) relaxometry and diffusometry. By combining the Solomon–Bloembergen equations and the Stokes–Einstein–Debye relationship, the microscopic dynamic information includes in situ interaction between drugs and polymer networks ...

Alginate dialdehyde (ADA)‐gelatin (GEL) hydrogels are supplemented with mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles (MBGNs) and human platelet lysate (HPL) to enhance the biological performance of 3D printed scaffolds. Improved printability and higher shape fidelity are observed by incorporating 0.1% (w/v) MBGNs.

Effect of Photoinitiation Process on Photo‐Crosslinking of Gelatin Methacryloyl Hydrogel Networks
A systematic comparison of three widely used photoinitiator systems, Eosin Y, LAP, and Ruthenium/SPS, reveals how their distinct radical‐generation mechanisms influence the stiffness, degradation, swelling, and cytocompatibility of GelMA hydrogels. This study uncovers initiator‐specific thresholds and network features critical for optimizing visible ...

Self‐Immolative Polyion Complexes
Polyion complexes (PICs) prepared by combining self‐immolative polymers (SIPs) with complementary charges are described. The polyanionic SIP is depolymerized at mildly acidic pH, while the polycationic SIP can be depolymerized upon irradiation with light.

Abstract Cyclodepsipeptides (CDPs) represent a huge family of chemically and structurally diverse molecules with a wide ability for molecular interactions. CDPs are cyclic peptide‐related natural products made up of both proteinogenic and nonproteinogenic amino acids linked by amide and ester bonds.

ABSTRACT One of the great triumphs of mass spectrometry‐based peptide and protein characterization is the characterization of their modifications as most modifications have a characteristic mass shift. What happens when the modification does not change the mass of the peptide?

ABSTRACT In the 1980s, researchers discovered the remarkable ability of electrospray plumes to effectively ionize gas‐phase molecules via secondary ionization. Around 20 years later—coinciding with the ambient mass spectrometry revolution—secondary electrospray ionization (SESI) and extractive electrospray ionization (EESI) coupled to mass spectrometry

Partially Biobased Self‐Repairing Poly(Aspartic Ester Polyurea) Coatings
Sustainable self‐healing PAEU coatings, containing various amounts of disulfide derived from poly(aspartic esters) and biobased polyisocyanates, were created. ABSTRACT Poly(aspartic ester polyurea) (PAEU) coating systems, which feature an uncatalyzed and solventless reaction, have attracted attention as a more environmentally friendly, nonreactive ...
