All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Localized Temperature Monitoring in Mouse Brain during Light Delivery via a Non‐Planar Tapered Fiber‐Integrated µRTD Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We report a multifunctional tapered optical fiber integrating a conformal micro‐resistance temperature detector (µRTD) for local, real‐time thermometry during optical stimulation. The platform combines light‐delivery and temperature sensing within a minimally invasive footprint, enabling detection of sub‐degree cortical heating under representative ...

A note on the asymptotic relative efficiency of M.L.E. in a linear model with Gamma disturbances

open access: yes, 1985
The statistical properties of the maximum likelihood estimator (M.L.E.) of the parameters of a linear model with Gamma distributed residuals are analysed.

Direct Synthesis of High‐Valence Protein@UiO‐66 Composites: Linking Crystallization Pathways to Protein Encapsulation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work reports a direct, biocompatible method to synthesize UiO‐66, enabling one‐step encapsulation of proteins without compromising crystallinity or activity. Using advanced in situ and ex situ techniques, the study reveals that proteins integrate concurrently with MOF growth, forming crystalline protein@UiO‐66 nanoparticles, and provide insight ...

Spatial-sign-based high-dimensional white noises test

open access: yesStatistical Theory and Related Fields
In this study, we explore the problem of hypothesis testing for white noise in high-dimensional settings, where the dimension of the random vector may exceed the sample sizes. We introduce a test procedure based on spatial-sign for high-dimensional white

On a Less Cumbersome Method of Estimation of Parameters of Type III Generalized Logistic Distribution by Order Statistics

open access: yesStatistica, 2015
In this work we have derived appropriate U-statistics from a sample of any size exceeding a specified integer to estimate the location and scale parameters of Type III generalized logistic distribution without the knowledge or by evaluation of the means,

Rethinking Charge Transport and Recombination in Donor‐Diluted Organic Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Organic solar cells with 1–45% PM6 content in Y12 were studied to link structure and charge dynamics to performance. The conductivity follows a 3D percolation model without a sharp threshold. Donor dilution preserves the photogeneration yield, but limits the fill factor due to transport resistance losses.

On the Admissibility of Estimators of Two Ordered Gamma Scale Parameters under Entropy Loss Function

open access: yesRevstat Statistical Journal, 2011
Suppose that a random sample of size ni is drawn from a gamma distribution with known shape parameter νi > 0 and unknown scale parameter βi > 0, i = 1, 2, satisfying 0 < β1 ≤ β2.

On the Asymptotic Relative Efficiency of Gaussian and Least Squares Estimators for Vector ARMA Models

open access: yes, 1994
This paper is concerned with the asymptotic relative efficiency of the Gaussian and least squares estimators when employed to estimate the parameters of vector ARMA models presented in echelon canonical form.
