Integrating Patient‐Reported Quality Measures in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Development of the American College of Rheumatology Implementation Guide

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective To support high‐quality, patient‐centered care for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) developed evidence‐based measures incorporating clinical and patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs). Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we conducted semistructured interviews ...

The Development of Rheumatoid Arthritis‐Specific Ambulatory Care Sensitive Conditions: Results of a Consensus Process

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Objective Ambulatory care sensitive conditions (ACSCs) serve as indicators of access, quality, and performance of the health system. This study aimed to determine rheumatoid arthritis (RA)‐specific ACSCs for use in the evaluation of care system access and quality.

Symbolic Regression and Multi‐Objective Optimization of the Flory–Huggins Interaction Parameter for Hydrogels

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
We develop a data‐driven method to derive the mathematical expressions of the Flory–Huggins interaction parameter χ for the swelling behavior of temperature–responsive hydrogels. Starting from initial assumptions of χ, our workflow combines Bayesian optimization, Flory–Rehner theory, and symbolic regression to generate candidate χ expressions.

Spectrum Efficient Joint Frequency Offset and Channel Estimation for Time-Asynchronous Amplify-and Forward Two-Way Relay Networks

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
This paper considers the problem of the joint channel and carrier frequency offset (CFO) estimation for asynchronous amplify-and-forward (AF) two-way relay networks (TWRNs).

Combination of Asynchronous Array Pseudolites and GNSS for Outdoor Localization

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) are usually unable to provide location-based service (LBS) in urban canyons, thus the pseudolite positioning system has become an important way to enhance the availability and the accuracy of GNSS in such ...

Asynchronous exclusive selection [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the twenty-seventh ACM symposium on Principles of distributed computing, 2008
We consider the task of assigning unique integers to a group of processes in an asynchronous distributed system of a total of $n$ processes prone to crashes that communicate through shared read-write registers. In the Renaming problem, an arbitrary group of $k\le n$ processes that hold the original names from a range $[N]=\{1,\ldots,N\}$, contend to ...

Asynchronous congestion games [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Joint Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems, 2008
We introduce a new class of games, asynchronous congestion games (ACGs). In an ACG, each player has a task that can be carried out by any element of a set of resources, and each resource executes its assigned tasks in a random order. Each player's aim is to minimize his expected cost which is the sum of two terms - the sum of the fixed costs over the ...
