We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

It is proposed that the process of learning may be represented as a trajectory within the phase space of long-term memory. The research uses an artificial neural network design to explore, in theory, if starting from different points within the phase ...

Attractor robustness analysis.
Random networks with similar structure to A. thaliana CC GRN were less tolerant to perturbations than original CC GRN. The frequency of perturbations that recovered the original attractor after a perturbation in the Boolean functions, is shown in: (A ...

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

SELF-EQUALITY AS A STRATEGY OF SPONTANEOUS TEXT GENERATION
The article deals with the results of the psycholinguistic experiment which prove the influence of the self-equality strategy in the process of spontaneous reaction text generation as a reaction on the stimulus “human life”.

Discussion on the geometric structure of strange attractor
We discuss the transversal heteroclinic cycle formed by hyperbolic periodic pointes of diffeomorphism on the differential manifold. We point out that every possible kind of transversal heteroclinic cycle has the Smalehorse property and the unstable ...

Universality and scaling in chaotic attractor-to-chaotic attractor transitions. [PDF]
In this paper we discuss chaotic attractor-to-chaotic attractor transitions in two-dimensional multiparameter maps as an external parameter is varied.

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Progressive Attractor Selection in Latent Attractor Networks
Latent attractor networks are recurrent neural networks with weak embedded attractors. The attractors bias the network's response to external inputs without becoming fully manifested themselves.
