This study identifies ZDHHC12 as a critical mediator of PA‐induced HCC progression. Mechanistically, PA upregulates ZDHHC12 expression through SMARCA4 activation, leading to HDAC8 palmitoylation at Cys244 which blocks HSC70‐mediated lysosomal degradation of HDAC8, thereby promoting HCC development. A novel chromatin‐labeling probe is developed to investigate chromatin mobility during differentiation. The silicon rhodamine–conjugated dCTP is efficiently delivered into iPSCs and NSCs using a synthetic transporter. Super‐resolution microscopy and single‐particle tracking show decreased chromatin mobility during differentiation.

Mechanical Cues Regulate Cargo Sorting and Export at the Golgi
A pathway is identified linking extracellular matrix stiffness to secretion via Src–FAK–AMPK–GBF1 signaling. Golgi‐localized GBF1 acts as a mechanotransducer whose phosphorylation controls post‐Golgi cargo sorting toward secretion or lysosomal degradation.
