Some ϕ-fixed point results in b-metric spaces with applications
The fixed point theory is the most important topic in mathematics anaysis. This topic has many applications in the different fields. It demonstrates the uniqueness of the existence of a mapping and how it can be found.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Property A, partial translation structures and uniform embeddings in groups
We define the concept of a partial translation structure T on a metric space X and we show that there is a natural C*-algebra C*(T) associated with it which is a subalgebra of the uniform Roe algebra C*u(X).

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Some new results in extended cone b-metric space
The main aspect of this paper is to investigate some topological properties and Kannan-type contractions in extended cone b-metric spaces. Additionally we have imposed some extra conditions such that a sequence in an extended cone b-metric space becomes ...

Reordering buffers for general metric spaces [PDF]
In the reordering buffer problem, we are given an input sequence of requests for service each of which corresponds to a point in a metric space. The cost of serving the requests heavily depends on the processing order.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
