Epistemic Foundations for Backward Induction: An Overview [PDF]
In this survey we analyze, and compare, various sufficient epistemic conditions for backward induction that have been proposed in the literature. To this purpose we present a simple epistemic base model for games with perfect information, and translate ...

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

Intercompartmental communication in senescence
Senescent cells experience structural changes in the plasma membrane, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, lysosomes, nucleus, and cytoskeleton. These alterations disrupt crosstalk among cellular compartments, impairing vesicular trafficking, contact sites, and molecular flow.

Cutaneous Melanoma Drives Metabolic Changes in the Aged Bone Marrow Immune Microenvironment
Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, increasingly affects older adults. Our study reveals that melanoma induces changes in iron and lipid levels in the bone marrow, impacting immune cell populations and increasing susceptibility to ferroptosis.

BRANCHING TIME LOGIC, PERFECT INFORMATION GAMES AND BACKWARD INDUCTION [PDF]
The logical foundations of game-theoretic solution concepts have so far been developed within the confines of epistemic logic. In this paper we turn to a different branch of modal logic, namely temporal logic, and propose to view the solution of a game ...

Convex order for path-dependent derivatives: a dynamic programming approach [PDF]
We investigate the (functional) convex order of for various continuous martingale processes, either with respect to their diffusions coefficients for L\'evy-driven SDEs or their integrands for stochastic integrals.

Inhibition of Classical and Alternative Complement Pathway by Ravulizumab and Eculizumab
ABSTRACT Objective To explore the feasibility of classical (CH50) and alternative (AH50) complement pathway activity as potential biomarkers for treatment guidance and monitoring during therapy with ravulizumab in patients with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) and compare these to therapeutic drug monitoring under eculizumab.

Coalgebraic Infinite Traces and Kleisli Simulations
Kleisli simulation is a categorical notion introduced by Hasuo to verify finite trace inclusion. They allow us to give definitions of forward and backward simulation for various types of systems. A generic categorical theory behind Kleisli simulation has
