Demonstrating Vibrational Current Generation With a Self‐Assembled Bioelectret
Vacuum‐deposited films of the plant‐derived molecule, Baicalein, form a self‐assembled bioelectret exhibiting spontaneous orientation polarization and a giant surface potential. The films induce alternating current during the vibration of a movable electrode without charging treatments. Hydrocarbon protection enhances the air stability of the Baicalein

Abstract Purpose Ischemic stroke poses a major global health burden, and growing evidence points to the microbiota–gut–brain axis as an important contributor to stroke pathophysiology and recovery. The purpose of this review is to summarize current knowledge on bidirectional gut‐brain communication in stroke, establishing gut dysbiosis as an upstream ...

Effects of urea, metal ions and surfactants on the binding of baicalein with bovine serum albumin
The interaction of baicalein with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated with the help of spectroscopic and molecular docking studies. The binding affinity of baicalein towards BSA was estimated to be in order of 105 M−1 from fluorescence quenching ...

Hypoxia, oncogenic signaling, transcriptional and epigenetic remodeling, and H. pylori–microbiota interactions drive the Warburg effect in gastric cancer. Enhanced glycolysis and lactate export support biosynthesis, remodel the tumor microenvironment, promote stromal activation and immune suppression, and reveal actionable biomarkers and therapeutic ...

In this paper, the molecular connectivity indices were applied to theoretically predict the direct chemiluminescence (CL) behavior of chrysin and baicalein with our recently proposed discriminant function. Then, combined with flow-injection analysis, a new CL system for determination of chrysin and baicalein was proposed.

Microbiome‐Phytochemical Crosstalk Along the Gut‐Brain Axis in Alzheimer and Parkinson's Disease
Phytochemicals remodel the gut microbiota by enriching beneficial bacteria and microbial metabolites while suppressing dysbiosis and inflammation. Through modulation of the gut–brain axis, they restore intestinal barrier integrity, regulate neuroimmune and neuroprotective signaling pathways, reduce amyloid‐β, tau, and α‐synuclein pathology, and ...
