Analysing the significance of small conformational changes and low occupancy states in serial crystallographic data

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. Model Test Study on the Bearing Characteristics of Pile Groups with Different Pile Spacing

为探究桩间距对群桩竖向承载性状及群桩效应的影响机制,自主研发了“多功能桩基静动力模型试验系统”,开展了饱和砂土中单桩和3d、4d和6d(d为桩径)桩间距群桩的模型试验,系统揭示了桩间距对桩侧摩阻力、桩端阻力、承台底土反力、群桩效应的影响规律和机理。研究结果表明:单桩和群桩的荷载-沉降曲线均呈缓变型。群桩的极限承载力和效应系数随桩间距的增大呈线性增长。桩间距不改变桩侧阻力的分布模式。随着荷载的增大,不同桩间距的群桩桩侧阻力沿深度方向先增大后减小,均呈“单峰”状。桩间距越大,桩侧阻力越大 ...
