The First Example of Tb-3-Containing Metallopolymer-Type Hybrid Materials with Efficient and High Color-Purity Green Luminescence [PDF]
In the series of homo-leptic trinuclear complexes {[Ln(3)(L)(4)Cl-4(MeOH)(H2O)]center dot Cl} (Ln = La, 1; Ln = Eu, 2; Ln = Tb, 3 or Ln = Gd, 4) self-assembled from the allyl-modified benzimidazole-type ligand HL (4-allyl-2-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)-6 ...

Proton‐coupled electron transfer doping with benzoquinone is applied to p‐dope dense films of semiconducting single‐walled carbon nanotubes. The doping efficiency depends on the pH of the doping solution and the bandgap of the nanotubes. The highest conductivities and power factors are achieved for small‐bandgap nanotubes, remaining stable for over 120

The use of air stable but thermally labile molecules provides an efficient strategy for the N‐type doping of organic semiconductors with relatively low electron affinities. Design criteria for efficient dopants should also take into account diffusion and phase segregation that cannot be decoupled from thermally activated doping.

Epidemiology of strongyle nematode infections and first report of benzimidazole resistance in Haemonchus contortus in goats in South Darfur State, Sudan [PDF]
Background Since pastoralists in South Darfur, Sudan, had complained about lack of albendazole (ABZ) efficacy to control nematodes in goats, the frequency of infection with gastrointestinal helminths was studied before in vivo faecal egg count reduction

Atomically Thin Sieves: Two‐Dimensional Materials for Membrane Separation
Atomically thin membranes derived from 2D materials overcome the inherent selectivity‐permeability trade‐off in conventional separation technologies. This perspective elucidates transport mechanisms for gases, water, and ions, surveys fabrication strategies including top‐down pore engineering and bottom‐up synthesis, highlights recent experimental and ...

Research Progress on Benzimidazole Fungicides: A Review
Benzimidazole fungicides are a class of highly effective, low-toxicity, systemic broad-spectrum fungicides developed in the 1960s and 1970s, based on the fungicidal activity of the benzimidazole ring structure.

The Advent Of Cytomegalovirus Infection In HIV Infected Patients: A review [PDF]
Cytomegalovirus is considered as one among the long list of latent infections in humans that although normally controlled by the cellular immune response, gets activated after HIV infection takes its role on infecting the T4 lymphocytes. Clinical disease

Linear and Nonlinear Optical Properties of Mn doped Benzimidazole Thin Films
In the present work, the Mn doped benzimidazole (BMZ) thin films were prepared by simple chemical bath deposition technique. The material was directly deposited as thin film on glass substrates and the metal concentration in the solution was varied in ...
