Visible‐Light‐Initiated, Nickel‐Catalyzed Aminocarbonylation of Alkynyl Iodides to 2‐Ynamides

Visible light initiates a nickel‐catalyzed aminocarbonylation of alkynyl iodides, enabling the synthesis of 2‐ynamides under low carbon monoxide pressure. The method operates under mild conditions, tolerates a broad substrate scope, and proceeds through a light‐triggered nickel(I)/nickel(III) carbonylative pathway.
