학위논문(석사)--아주대학교 공학대학원 :화학생명공학과,2017. 2Bepotastine은 H1 히스타민 수용체에 길항작용이 있는 항히스타민제로서, 재채기, 가려움증, 분비물 증가를 효과적으로 감소시켜 알레르기비염치료제로 쓰인다. 본 연구의 목적은 LC-MS/MS를 이용하여 비글견 혈장에서 bepotastine의 농도를 측정하는 분석법을 개발하고, validation을 통해 분석법의 타당성을 검증하는 것이다.
