Usefulness and Safety of Bepotastine Besilate for Pruritic Skin Disorders

ベシル酸ベポタスチンは鎮静効果が比較的弱く，即効性のある薬剤として各種そう痒性皮膚疾患に使用されている。今回，91例のそう痒性皮膚疾患に対してベシル酸ベポタスチンを投与し，その前後でVASスケールを用いてそう痒および眠気の推移について検討した。そう痒に関して投与前の平均VASスコアは60.6から投与1週間後では24.9と有意にスコアの低下がみられ，その効果は8週間投与観察期間中持続した。一方，眠気についてはベシル酸ベポタスチン内服後VASスコアの有意な上昇はみられなかった。また，投与前そう痒が強く，睡眠が障害され，投与前の眠気VASスコアが上昇していた症例では，ベシル酸ベポタスチン投与によるそう痒の改善から有意に眠気のVASスコアの改善がみられた ...
