The Orexin System Modulates Stress‐Induced Alcohol Preference and Reinstatement in Adolescents: Bioinformatics and Experimental Evidence

Chronic foot stress increases the vulnerability of adolescent mice to alcohol addiction‐related behaviours. Acute foot stress promotes the recovery of alcohol‐seeking behaviour in adolescent mice and increases orexin concentrations in the hippocampus, nucleus accumbens and prefrontal cortex.

Lipid Dynamics in the Amyloid Cascade Hypothesis: Evaluating the Biological Relevance of In Vitro Models

miRNA Sensor HuR Compartmentalizes Ago2‐Uncoupled miRNAs to Lipid Droplets to Buffer miRNA Activity in Mammalian Cells

This study revealed a dose‐dependent miRNA buffering mechanism involving extracellular export and storage of miRNA on lipid droplets. The protein HuR facilitates miRNA buffering by dissociating miRNAs from Ago2 and promoting miRNA accumulation on lipid droplets or its extracellular export, depending on cellular requirements.
