Ionizable lipid nanoparticles target multiple pathological pathways in neurodegeneration. The designed self‐assembled materials undergo a pH‐triggered structural transformation from a cubosome/hexosome coexistence to a hexosome phase, enhancing intracellular delivery of a multi‐target phytochemical formulation. The antioxidant‐loaded pH‐responsive LNPs

Biological fate of butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT); Binding in vitro of BHT to liver microsomes.
The binding of 14C-labeled butylated hydroxytoluene (14C-BHT) to the liver microsomes was studied in vitro. Binding of 14C-BHT to microsomal macromolecules was linear with time and protein concentration. Oxygen and dihydronicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) were necessary for this binding, while carbon monoxide or SKF-525A inhibited it.

Rough volatility and portfolio optimisation under small transaction costs [PDF]
The first chapter of the thesis presents the study of the linear-quadratic ergodic control problem of fractional Brownian motion. Ergodic control problems arise naturally in the context of small cost asymptotic expansion of utility maximisation problems ...

Three-dimensional black holes, gravitational solitons, kinks and wormholes for BHT massive gravity
The theory of massive gravity in three dimensions recently proposed by Bergshoeff, Hohm and Townsend (BHT) is considered. At the special case when the theory admits a unique maximally symmetric solution, a conformally flat space that contains black holes

Model‐Driven Optimization of Subcutaneous Polymer Prodrugs Achieves Cancer Remission in Mice
A pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) model was developed to evaluate multiple dosing regimens for subcutaneously administered water‐soluble polymer prodrug for cancer therapy. The model enabled prediction of in vivo performance and contributed to the optimization of anticancer efficacy.

Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

ABSTRACT Intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury presents a biphasic pathology: an acute oxidative‐inflammatory phase leading to organ failure, and a recovery phase marked by mucosal dysfunction and bacterial translocation. The developed MPB@TA‐Cu‐Ma nanocomposite functions as a dual‐phase therapeutic platform with significant efficacy. It rapidly
