Staining of BxPC-3 cells with anti-CEA antibody and quantification of binding sites.
BxPC-3 cells were treated with anti-CEA antibody and stained with a fluorochrome conjugated secondary antibody against anti-CEA (red, filled), or control-stained with secondary antibody only (black, open) and analyzed by flow cytometry.

Currently, the primary treatments for cervical cancer patients are surgery or chemoradiotherapy, with a lack of standardized pharmacological therapies. Here, we report the construction of a Fab fragment phage display antibody library with a capacity of ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are often liver tropic, presenting challenges for LNP-delivered mRNA therapeutics intended for other tissues, as off-target expression in the liver may increase side effects and modulate immune responses.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
