Loss‐of‐function mutations in the scaffold subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), PPP2R1A, sensitize ovarian clear cell carcinoma to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) by enhancing the interferon gamma response and promoting antitumor immune cell infiltration.

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

SensRORing cholesterol to drive protumoral myelopoiesis
Bleve et al. uncover a cholesterol‐driven immune evasion pathway, where RORγ‐dependent myelopoiesis shapes tumor immunosuppression. Targeting RORγ and PCSK9 emerges as a strategy to boost cancer immunotherapy. Protumoral myelopoiesis is a determinant of immunoevasion and tumor spread in many malignancies.

Effect of stent position on flow characteristics in a cerebral aneurysm [PDF]
The position of an intracranial stent in relation to the ostium of a cerebral aneurysm can significantly affect the blood flow characteristics through the ostium and inside the aneurysm.

The tumor microenvironment is a dynamic, multifaceted complex system of interdependent cellular, biochemical, and biophysical components. Three‐dimensional in vitro models of the tumor microenvironment enable a better understanding of these interactions and their impact on cancer progression and therapeutic resistance.

Production of Living Nanoparticles for Blood Cancer Therapy [PDF]
Current cancer therapies leave much to be desired because they are very harmful to the patient and cause a significant decrease in quality of life. Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CAR) are a promising novel approach for treating specific types of leukemia ...

Interaction of class III cellobiose dehydrogenase with lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase
The activity of lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase (LPMO) is supported by its auxiliary enzyme cellobiose dehydrogenase (CDH). The catalytic activity of both enzymes is coupled by electron transfer and a cyclic cascade generating substrates for both enzymes – hydrogen peroxide for LPMO and oxidized and non‐oxidized cellobiose and cello‐oligosaccharide ...
