Reduction of Bitterness of the Bitter Gourd by Katsuobushi

This work establishes an MXene/TiO2 Schottky heterointerface for non‐thermal sonocatalysis. Interface‐confined cavitation and dynamic Ti3+/V₀ shuttles drive charge transport and reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. The platform achieves 3‐log pathogen reduction while retaining heat‐labile nutrients in complex food matrices, redefining sonocatalyst

Information framing and the impact of nutrition label serving size change
Abstract The framing of information can significantly influence how consumers interpret and respond to it. This paper investigates how the change in serving sizes in Nutrition Facts Panel (NFP) affects consumer choices for carbonated soft drinks (CSD). We first estimate a reduced form difference‐in‐differences (DiD) model to document causal effects on ...

Objective Real‐world initial treatment strategies in SSc‐PAH remain incompletely described. We aimed to characterise these strategies across haemodynamic thresholds and risk strata and evaluate outcome associations. Methods We analysed treatment‐naïve SSc‐PAH patients in EUSTAR (2000–2021) fulfilling the 2022 haemodynamic definition.

ABSTRACT Cognitive tests that reflect the complexity of real‐world social interactions are essential for autism spectrum disorder (ASD)‐related clinical assessment and research. This study developed and adapted a Japanese version of the Reading the Mind in Films (RMF) test, which assesses mind‐reading ability through dynamic, multisensory, and context ...
