Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detection of Clostridium botulinum type E toxin [PDF]
The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using the "double-sandwich" technique was utilized to determine Clostridium botulinum type E toxin. With this technique, about 80 mouse intraperitoneal 50% lethal doses of toxin could be detected. Cross-reaction was hardly observed with C. botulinum type A and B toxins.

MDSGene Systematic Review of Common Forms of Dominant Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia: Novel Insights
Abstract Background Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive spasticity and lower limb weakness. The most common forms of autosomal dominant HSP are caused by pathogenic variants in SPAST (SPG4 or HSP‐SPAST), ATL1 (SPG3A or HSP‐ATL1), and REEP1 (SPG31 or HSP‐REEP1).

They are terminally differentiated cells that play a critical role in acute and chronic inflammation, as well as in the resolution of inflammation and wound ...
